📝 To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests. We kindly ask you to follow these house rules: 

• Check-in: from 15:00 | Check-out: by 11:00 (Please contact us if you need early check-in and we will let you know if this is available).
• Entire home is yours exclusively, no shared areas.
• No parties, loud music, or unregistered guests (Violation incurs a £250 penalty). Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
• Lost key fee: £100.
• Please take care of the property and report any damages immediately.
• Pets are not allowed.
• For safety & insurance, guest names & ID are required before arrival.
